Minjin, Carrie, Xinue & Nathan

Minjin kindly referred me a Condo Buyer via email. I emailed her back right away to let her know that I gave up my real estate license to return to work. She was shocked and surprised but understood and wished me luck in my job search. I ran into Carrie at the BPL while picking out books with Solomon. She says she's been busy with the 2 courses she's taking and decided to take a break from TM for awhile. She returns to Korea in June so we agreed to get together before her return. Briefly ran into Xinue's mom at T&T. Solomon recognized her right away. After paying for our groceries, we ran into Nathan and his mom. She is going to China in May and will buy cheaper cards for Nathan. It was nice to hear from and run into so many people in 1 day.

Tanya (Prudential) called me today. She needed Sorin's number. Her client may want to rent for a few months before buying in the area. I gave it to her and asked how she was doing. She says business is still slow but she is starting to pickup more buyers. I told her that I gave up my real estate license and decided to go back to work. She thought that was too bad because I was so good at real estate. Fact is my business hasn't been good for the past 6 months. I did most of my business during the first 6 months of the year. Seems to be a trend... Anyways. I wished her well in her endeavers and we agreed to stay in touch. I felt that she was in a bit of a hurry. We didn't have a nice relaxing talk like the one I had with Jay (Prudential) earlier in the week. She is a hard working Realtor and despite the slow market I wish her well.
